DESIGNER & MAKER SPACE QUESTIONS

How do I do book in for Designer and Maker Space & Workplace Induction?

Please see details on where to complete the online T's and C's form before commencing your induction day.

You will receive an email from Meg with some available times and dates to undertake your induction soon after as you have completed the T’s and C’s form.

Can I have private tuition with Meg and can I book Meg in during the time I am working independently in the hire space?

The Designer & Maker Space is based around the system that the person hiring works independently on their projects in the space. In saying this, there is also an option to book Meg in for sessions within the hire space for private tuition. This would be Meg’s freelance hourly rate and can be booked in minimum 1 hour time slots.

How much does the Designer & Maker space induction cost?

This will be a one-off fee of $25.00 AUD which is booked directly through https://calendly.com/designerandmakerspace (transaction fees apply).

It is a great opportunity to ask for any demonstrations or questions around specific operations of equipment. It runs for approximately 30-45 mins.

Can I collect my order from your studio?

Absolutely. We ask you please ensure you make an appointment as we are not always available at the drop of a hat.

Can I exchange my order?

We are unable to offer an exchange service due to the made to order nature of custom product. Please simply get in touch with your query to clear up any queries you may have.
